General terms and conditions

1. Scope of application

All services provided by the online shop for the customer are provided exclusively on the basis of the following terms and conditions. This online shop is subject to Swiss law.

2. Offer and contract conclusion

The presentation of the products on the online shop does not represent a legally binding offer, but an invitation for the customer to place a binding order.

By clicking on the order button, the customer places a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Immediately after receipt of the order, the online shop confirms the receipt of the order by e-mail. A contract is not yet concluded by the confirmation of receipt. The sales contract is only concluded when the goods are delivered.

The online shop operator is free to refuse orders without giving reasons in whole or in part. In this case, the customer will be informed, and any payments already made will be refunded. Further claims due to delay in delivery or failure of delivery are excluded.

3. Payment options

The prices quoted on the article page include VAT and other price components and are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) or euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated.

The customer has access to the payment options offered as means of payment on the online shop under "Method of payment". In the case of prepayment, delivery will only take place after receipt of payment. Payments must be made in Swiss francs or in euros unless otherwise noted.

4. Shipping and delivery

All articles are delivered according to the shipping conditions listed on the online shop. If an article should not be available at short notice, the shop operator informs the customer about the expected delivery time, if a correct address of this is given.

5. Right of return 

Orders oblige the customer to accept the articles and/or services. The shop operator can accept subsequent changes or cancellations of orders of the customer at its own discretion and charge a compensation for the inconvenience.  / charge an administrative fee in compensation.  

6. Retention of title 

The supplied commodity remains the property of the Online shop operator until the complete payment of the purchase price.

7. Delay of payment 

If the payment is not made within the due date, the customer will be in default. In this case, the shop operator reserves the right to charge the customer a reminder fee in addition to the invoice amount. The customer is obliged to pay the invoice amount and all costs incurred by a delay in payment.

8. Guarantee 

The shop operator warrants by the remedying of defects. This is done at choice by subsequent performance, namely elimination of a defect (repair) or delivery of a defect-free item (replacement). If the supplementary performance fails, the customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract. This does not apply to insignificant defects. A right of the customer to a price reduction is excluded.

9. Exclusion of liability 

The shop operator excludes liability for slightly negligent breaches of contract. 

10. Data protection 

The data transmitted by the customer are used exclusively to process the orders. All data will be treated strictly confidentially. Disclosure of the data to third parties (e.g. shipping services) will only take place if this is necessary for order processing. The order data is encrypted and securely transmitted, but the shop operator assumes no liability for data security during these transmissions over the Internet (e.g. due to technical errors of the provider) or for any criminal access by third parties to files of the Internet presence. 

11. Final provisions 

Should any provision of these general terms and conditions be invalid, the contract remains otherwise valid. Instead of the invalid provision, the relevant statutory provisions shall apply.
